All items are dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia. If you purchase before 11am in most cases items are dispatched the same day, otherwise they are dispatched the following business day. Our shopfront and warehouse are accessible to the public and we do offer a pick-up option.
Under normal conditions, delivery will take between 2 and 6 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer. This delivery time frame is used as a general guideline only. Please note that delivery times may vary, particularly during peak periods. And sometimes take a little longer, due to weekends and public holidays or other reasons, please allow sufficient time for delivery. If you are given a tracking number, please use it to track the delivery status of your order. Even though FREE shipping is included for all our listings, Pet Doors R Us cover this shipping cost on your behalf. We work with different courier partners to provide reasonable freight costs and quality service. The type of courier used is dependent upon size and weight of each item and the delivery location.
If orders are made on the weekend or public holiday, the order will not be processed until the next business days. Shipment will only be made after receiving CLEARED FULL payment. Items are despatched Monday to Friday (excluding VIC holidays)

At Pet Doors R Us we stand behind Our products! That’s why we accept returns within 30 days after you have received the item, on all our brands. Some of these products can’t be returned – usually due to health and safety reasons. Please contact our customer service team immediately if:

• You changed your mind and wish to request a return
• Your product was damaged during transit
• You wish to make a warranty claim for any product you have purchased

If your return is approved, products must be returned in their original undamaged packaging, along with all included accessories, be in new unopened and unused condition suitable for resale and must not have been damaged during the time the product is in your possession, including up until we receive the product. If you have changed your mind on the product, you must return the product at your own cost and you must comply with the directions for returning the product that our staff provide to you. The product will remain your responsibility during transit until it is received at the address supplied by our staff. We do not accept any liability for any loss or damage which may occur during transit. Applicable freight fees will be deducted from your refund in cases where you changed your mind about your purchase and wish to return the product. This also applies to orders cancelled while in transit.
If these instructions are not followed and the item is not fit for resale the refund will not be accepted and you will be liable for shipping costs if you want the item shipped back to you.
