PAYMENTS
We accept all major credit cards through PayPal. When paying
by PayPal, please make payment within 24 hours of close of the auction or send
us an email advising when you will be paying so we will hold your purchase. We
must receive your payment within 7 calendar days from close of auction. After 7
days eBay will send you a non-payment notice to pay within 4 days. If not paid
they will file a non-payment strike against your eBay account and refund to us
the charges they made to us for the sale. We reserve the right to cancel any
bids due to negative feedback issues with the buyer.
SHIPPING / HANDLING CHARGES
We have most of our items for sale with domestic
FREE SHIPPING. The actual cost of postage, packaging, packaging materials,
processing, invoicing, etc. are all taken care of by us for all shipments
within the USA. International shipments will have a small fee added.
WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY
We will guarantee the item to work and look as described in
our listing and be free of workmanship and manufacturing faults. You will have 14
days (Collectables) 30 days (for all other categories) from receipt of the
product, to explain why you want to return the product and ask for a return
approval. When approved and the item is returned and works and looks as
described and is free of workmanship or manufacturing faults, and unopened we
will give refund. If damaged or opened, we may issue a partial refund. However,
if the item is faulty from workmanship or manufacturing, we will offer replace of
the item issue a refund of the original amount paid.
FEEDBACK PROCEDURE
The standard accepted procedure for feedback
is for the buyer, upon receipt of their product, to leave the seller positive
feedback if they are happy with the product. If unhappy, the buyer should
contact the seller first to see if the issue can be resolved. Once that is done
the buyer then leaves feedback. Once feedback has been received from the buyer
the seller then responds with an appropriate feedback. We will give feed back
after receiving the same.
CONSIGNMENTS
We
have a lot of items we sell on consignment for people. We will mark the listing
as (Consignment Item) We will describe the item honestly and to the best of our
ability. All consignment items are sold AS IS, so ask questions before
bidding.
