Reward charts are now recognised as a simple, successful and highly effective way to encourage good behaviour in children. All children enjoy the recognition of doing well and reward charts are an easy way to say "well done" to your child. 

Rewarding a child as they grow is an important part of their development. They respond positively to receiving a smiley face or a reward sticker and good behaviour can be encouraged with the promise of a reward. The reward doesn't need to be sweets or a present, it can take the form of a story, a walk or a bicycle ride) The important thing is to make it fun.

Positive motivation, prompt acknowledgement of good behaviour and ensuring the whole process is fun will be the key to making the Reward Chart a success and with the correct encouragement, children also learn to understand and respond well, even when no reward sticker has been given after they have been naughty.

Keeping a reward chart ensures you both stop and recognise the things that are done right and gives your child something to aim for, so they want to try to keep the good behaviour up.

Our charts are A4 (210mm x 297mm) in size. Printed in high quality on to a 190gsm glossy paper and laminated.


We also supply a FREE dry wipe marker. The pen ink can be easily wiped off the reward chart using a baby wipe or kitchen towel. Each item comes with either 48 star stickers that are to be used to encourage and reward better behaviour. These are designed for one use only, but can be peeled off to allow the chart to be reused. It is large enough for you to write on and add stickers, draw smiley faces or ticks and crosses, for your child to see easily and clearly.  Stickers and dry wipe pen style may vary from the ones shown.

Shipping Policy:
Most orders placed by 3pm despatched same day. Orders placed after 3pm will be despatched on the next working day using Royal Mail 2nd class.
Royal Mail aim to deliver their 2nd Class mail in up to 3 days. Please note 2nd class is a  not guaranteed services. Therefore, in the event of an item not arriving it is Royal Mail policy for us to have to wait for 15 days before an item delivered by any of these methods is considered lost and we can begin to sort a resolution to the problem for you. 

If you need an item urgently, we strongly recommend you use special delivery which does guarantee next day delivery. For express shipping within the UK, we use Royal Mail special delivery and will dispatch the same day Monday to Friday up to 1pm. Please contact us for prices. Express orders received on Friday will be delivered on the following Monday. 

Despatch times do not include Saturdays, Sundays and major holidays. Transit times don't include major holidays and Sundays, but may include Saturdays, depending on the delivery service provider. For example, transit times for Royal Mail services include Monday to Saturday.

Returns
You may return your item within 14 days. We cannot accept returns of opened items. We will only accept returns on items if they have not been used and are in their original packaging with all parts in tact "As New" condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer and must be sent using a trackable means, i.e. Royal Mail Recorded or Courier. If you return your item  by an untraceable means and it gets lost, we will not refund you. You would need to claim for your loss with Royal Mail or the Courier..
Any items with missing parts and assessed damaged at point of return (after full inspection) will not be eligible for for refund and will be sent back with cost of delivery charged to you.

We cannot accept returns of unwanted and non faulty items.
