While we securely package all of our items with adequate packing materials (ie packing peanuts, bubble-wrap, sturdy boxes), we cannot be responsible for condition of shipped items once they leave our possession and are taken by carrier. If you are concerned about shipping damages, we highly suggest purchasing shipping insurance at time of payment. Buyer is responsible for all import and customs duties when shipped to international locations; seller will not pay fees on buyer behalf.
