    RETURNS and REPLACEMENT 

    We warrant our products for 6 months from the date of original purchase under normal, non-commercial use. Replacement items, if issued, do not restart or in any way extend the warranty period.

    ·        Typically it takes 3-5 business days to process a returned item once it has been received by us. The return credit will be applied to your PayPal account or your bank account. We will not be responsible for damaged returned merchandise.

    ·        If products are returned to us within 90 days from the purchase day, we will refund or replace any defective product(s). Shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refundable. Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping charges and we bear the re-sending charges.

    ·        After 90 days and up to 180 days of purchase, refund request will not be accepted unless a replacement is not available. Customers are responsible for paying all the shipping charges (including the return and resending ones). ·      Although it is our goal to ship a replacement as quickly as possible, we do not send replacements before we receive and inspect the returned merchandise.

    *We send items out twice every working day, morning and afternoon. Most items are sent within 24 hours(working day) upon payment.
