1). We only provide free shipping to United Kingdom, USA, Canada, Australia and some European countries BY SEA.

3). This item will be delivered after 15 working days since get your clear payment. Saturday, Sunday and Chinese public holiday is not available.
4).The shipping item is CFR destination sea port. That is to say, we only deliver this goods to your sea port but not to your door.
5). Laser Systems will be delivered, Ocean Freight Paid, to Southampton or Felixstowe Port. However, all additional Charges will be the responsibility of the Buyer to Clear Customs, pay Co-Loader Fees, Pay Port Fees, VAT and Duties prior to pick up from the Port. Buyer will also be responsible for transport from the Port to the Final Destination.
F). After-sale Warranty:
Except for the consumable parts (laser tube, focal lens, mirrors, light bulbs and fuses) and the damaged parts are caused by artificial factor.
We can replace the new component in free of charge only when the machine is operated and used under normal condition, while shipping cost should be paid by buyer.
G).Return Policy:
Buyer should contact with us within 14 calendar days of receiving a defective product and let us know with detailed photos.
And all items must be packed in their original situation. Buyer should cover the returning shipping charge.
