we are selling these empty housings as blemished, you will have
difficulty finding the reason we say blemished. The overall appearance
of these cases is excellent.

These housings have no structural defects such as splits, cracks, weakness, thinness, or any other defect which would make them perform less than perfect.

1. Add your own stereo radio, Media Player or CD Player (case is pre-cut to fit all single din radio head units)
If you have a single din head unit, no matter the type or brand it will fit this case perfectly.
2. Add your own speakers...... Speaker holes are pre-cut to fit most all 6.5 inch speakers
(see note in this listing about hole sizes and depth)
3. Connect your wires and you are set to go.
Adding your own electronics and wiring to this case should
take less than 30 minutes.

Note! Cases come with pre-cut 5 inch speaker holes which is the standard size speaker
cutout required for most all 6.5 inch speakers. See note below if you need a different size hole.
5 inch speaker holes will also work for many 5.25 inch speakers
For no additional charge,
by Special Request we will cut the speaker holes any size you need.
Some 6.5 inch speakers require a 5.5 inch hole. 5 inch holes are the
most common. Holes can easily be enlarged if you decide later you need a
larger hole.
Please designate your preference of hole size at time
of purchase or you will receive the standard 5 inch hole cutouts used by
most
6.5 inch speakers.

Mounting flange
is 1/4 inch thick around the case's entire perimeter and can be drilled
at any point which best suits your mounting needs, giving you the
ability to easily mount this unit directly to most every plastic or
steel roof in the industry.
These cases are very rigid, will not twist, warp, or crack under stress.
PLEASE READ Before Purchasing
Be sure to measure your available overhead mounting space to be sure you have no obstructions and the required space.
Foot Print required is 24 inches side to side and 11 inches front to rear.
It
is not necessary your mounting surface be completely smooth or flat.
Most roofs are slightly domed or have ribs which will pose no problem
with this mounting system.
Obviously will not bolt directly to the
roof of any vehicle that has bars or obstructions in the area where you
want to mount the unit.
We have optional ring clamps and bar mount kits available for these situations.
