The Basement Watchdog Universal Dual Float Switch and Controller is the most reliable float switch in the industry. It will activate your primary sump pump when rising water lifts either float by 1/4 in. The float switch has not one but two large floats both in a protective cage. Should one float fail to activate the pump, the second float will automatically takeover. Once the float drops to the original position, the controller will keep the pump running for an additional 10 seconds to completely drain the sump pit. The protective cage prevents debris or other wires from interfering with the floats. The Basement Watchdog Dual Float Switch and Controller is easy to install and can be adjusted to activate at any level. This universal switch can be used with most existing sump pumps.
