Please ask questions before you bid.  I will answer your question as fast as time allows, and pertinent questions will be posted on the auction for yours and others information.

SHIPPING:

Sales and shipping to U.S. Addresses only.  DON’T ASK, I won't change my mind.

I will combine multiple item shipping charges, if you should win multiple items please wait for an invoice.  the amount of shipping discount depends on weight and size of individual items. 

PAYMENT:

Payment will be made through PayPal.  Payment is expected within 7 days of the auction's end. To protect myself from non-paying bidders, I must require that If payment is not made or you have not contacted me after 10 days the item will be reported unpaid and may be re-listed as per EBAY policy.

 RETURN POLICY:

All "Auction" sales should be final, that is the whole concept of an EBAY auction.  Items are described to the very best of my ability.  I never deliberately conceal damage or flaws as this is wrong and leads to bad Karma. 

Returns will be accepted, but I ask that you be fair also. 
If an incorrect item was shipped, gross error or omission in the description, which then is my mistake and therefore my fault and a return/refund is warranted.
If you just changed your mind, feel YOU bid too much money, etc, that is your fault not mine and return/refund is not warranted. This too is per EBAY Policy
"Buy it Now" sales are a simple retail transaction and I will only accept returns of UNDAMAGED, UNUSED items.  If you have altered, ground on, filed on, or in any way altered the part there will be no refund.  
You must contact me within fourteen (14) days of receiving the item. with the nature of the problem and or concern so I can give you return instructions.  
The item must be returned in the same condition it was shipped in. PERIOD NO EXCEPTIONS.  DAMAGE CAUSED IN RETURN SHIPPING IS YOUR LOSS, YOU SHOULD CONSIDER INSURING THE RETURN SHIPMENT FOR YOUR PROTECTION. (insurance recovery is through the shipper, not me).  Refund, including the original shipping charges will be made to your PayPal account upon receipt of acceptable condition return item.

SALES TAX:

California residents must add 8.75% sales tax to the sale price.
