Returns Policy:
When you receive your goods from us, please open the package carefully and check that the item is as we described it, and that it is suitable for your needs. Should the item be faulty or not as we described it, then please return it in its original packaging within 14 days of your purchase.

or taxes due to be paid for the item to clear customs is the responsibility of
