Additional details about this item . . . I did verify that the controller is 100% operational by installing a game controller testing/utility program on my Mac. With this program I was able to verify that the controller does indeed respond properly to the physical manipulation of the controls. The drone simulator on my Mac could not interface properly with the Mac drivers either via Bluetooth or wired USB. In short, the controller was taken out of the box, functionality verified on my Mac but since I do not own a PS3 console, I have no way of testing the controller with a game console. Hopefully this additional information is helpful as you consider bidding on this item.

Bought to try with Mac to use with drone simulator. Controller did not work for my application. The controller has never been used with a PlayStation console or any other use. Original packaging.
