Who is this support for? 

Designed in association with NHS Clinicians, this Wrist Support is ideal for relieving the pain and discomfort experienced from carpal tunnel syndrome, repetitive strain injury, wrist tendonitis and other wrist conditions . How does it work?

This wrist support contains an ergonomic metal bar that rests underneath the wrist and keeps the joint in slight extension, relieving strain on the tendons and helping to reduce wrist pain whilst the elasticated material provides support for the whole wrist region through gentle compression. 

 

By keeping the wrist in a neutral position, the carpal tunnel is also kept in its widest position relieving the symptoms of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome such as wrist pain, numbness, pins and needles and tingling in the hand and fingers.

Sizing

To order the correct size, measure your wrist circumference in centimetres and use the following as a guide:

Small : 14 - 16 cm

Medium : 16 - 18 cm

Large : 18 - 20 cm

Q. I do not have a PayPal account, can I still order online?

Delivery

Q. How long will my order take to be delivered?

A. We dispatch most orders the same day if placed before 3pm Mon-Fri. Most UK orders are therefore received within 1-3 days, althoughoccasionally can take longer. International orders can take between 3-7working days.

Q. I have not received my order yet, has it been dispatched?

A. Please allow 7 working days after dispatch before contacting us. You will receive an email from PayPal when your order has been dispatched, and should receive your order shortly after. If you still have not received your order after 7 working days, please contact us.

Q. Can I collect my order?

A. Yes, please feel free to pop into our offices if you wish to collect your order or if you simply wish to see any of our products.

Returns/Exchanges

Q. I would like to return my item for a refund. How can I do this?

A. Please send your unused item to the returns address below, and we will issue your refund as soon as possible. Actesso Medical Supports cannot cover the return postage cost unless the item is faulty or the incorrect item has been received. All items returned to Actesso must be in a new and unused condition, and be returned to us within 30 days of purchase.

Q. What do I do if I have ordered the wrong item?

Q. Can I exchange my item for a different size?

A. Yes, we understand that ordering online can make it difficultto get the correct size, and so we are happy to exchange any item whichis returned to us within 30 days of purchase, and in a new and unused condition. Please send your item to the returns address below, includingdetails of which item you would like to exchange it for, and we will dispatch your exchange as soon as possible.
