Returns

								We have a 14 day returns policy
If there is a problem with your purchase please call us right away on 01427 611 717 /07748240530 anytime before emailing.
14 Days Peace of Mind Guarantee - If you are not happy with anything just send the item back in its original re-sellable condition along with all its packaging and we will refund your money excluding any postage costs. If the postage was free for the item there will be a deduction of £10 from Refund. Please note buyer is responsible for return postage costs regardless of the reason of the return. Any damage to the item must be reported at the time of delivery to the driver, you may ask the driver to wait while you open the box to confirm the glass etc is ok (not broken) it will only few seconds to check this. The shipping company do not accept any damage claims made unless the damage is reported to the driver at the time of delivery.
