For unwanted/unopened items within 30 days of purchase. The items must have been purchased from ourselves and must be in their original saleable condition, unused with the packaging unopened and still sealed. Please obtain a Proof of Postage from the Post Office as Royal Mail will not accept liability for lost items without it and it is your responsibility to send the unwanted/unopened items back to us. Unfortunately we are unable to grant any claim or refund request for items returned without a Proof of Postage.
