Shipping:

• All orders are shipped out via UPS, USPS
• All US state orders ship out within 1~2 business days if payment is received by 12:00 P.M. Pacific time. Tracking numbers will automatically be emailed on shipping day.
• We only ship to the address lists on eBay. Double-check your address before ordering. Buyers are responsible for undeliverable address shipping fees. 
• Orders that qualify for free shipping offer can only be delivered to locations in the Continental United States. (Sorry, but this offer is not for recipients in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S.V.I., etc.)
• None of our products are drop shipped. We warehouse and ship all of our products.
• High bidders pay shipping and handling, import duties, taxes, and charges that are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Return:

• All customers must contact us via eBay email system within 30 days of receipt for defects only. Our service department (Monday ~ Friday) will help you fix any issues or accept returns.
• Item must be returned to our facility at the buyers shipping expense. 
• Upon receipt of the item and completions of our inspection, a refund or replacement will be processed.
