1. Remove handle bar etc if required
2. Clean the surface to be attach to thoroughly
3. Peel one layer from the adhesive and attach to the yoke or you can first attach to the rubber if you wish
4. Peel the second layer and attach the pad
5. Allow 12 hours for good adhesion
