This product is a mafless performance tune to suit the VZ,VE & VF 6.0L Gen IV V8 series of cars including Commodore and Calais models. Unlike some others available on the market, this tune has been developed using data collected from numerous dyno and street tunes that we have performed to provide a significant power increase for these engines.
The tune is provided to you via a miniature programming device we send to you in the mail which once the process is complete you return to us for a refund of the required deposit (see below). Alternatively you may keep the programming device to enable you to switch between standard and performance tunes with ease. Other options include sending us your ECM for us to re-program or purchasing a replacement ECM from us.
Huge Power Increase!
When used in conjunction with a good exhaust system, typical power output that can be expected is between 260-275kw at the wheels with significantly increased torque across the rev range. This equals over 350kw at the engine. The results are achieved through the recalibration of both ignition timing and fuel mapping. The end result is a greatly noticeable performance increase that pushes you back in your seat and reduces acceleration times greatly. Fuel economy should not be affected through the use of this recalibration and in some circumstances an improvement in fuel economy can be seen.
Remove Your Mass Airflow Sensor (MAF).
This tune has been set up for MAFLESS operation which enables you to remove your air flow sensor (MAF sensor). When fitting an Over The Radiator (OTR) intake the MAF sensor can be difficult to install and in fact due to the short length of the intake pipe does not work correctly causing invalid readings and reduced performance. Easy To Install Yourself & Zero Vehicle Downtime!
Tuning is now provided using a small programming device which we send out to you in the mail. An additional deposit of $650.00 is required for the programmer which is refunded upon completion and return of the programmer to us. Detailed installation instructions are provided with the programming device and telephone support is available if required. This process allows tuning with zero downtime to your vehicle. Alternatively other options include sending us your ECM for us to re-program or purchasing a replacement ECM from us for an additional cost if required for reverting the car back to standard or conversions etc.
Switch Between Standard and Performance Tunes With Ease!
If you choose to keep the programming device we won't refund the required deposit however this will enable you to switch between standard and performance tunes with ease. This can be of assistance when dealing with Holden in regards to future repairs particularly with brand new cars. Please let us know if you wish to keep the programmer so we can provide the suitable files for switching between tunes.
Customised For Your Car!
When you purchase a tune from us we first discuss what modifications your car has and modify our base tune to best suit your vehicle. This increases performance and reduces the risk of damaging your vehicle.
Optional Automatic Transmission Tune.
For an additional $100 a tune can be provided for the vehicles Transmission Control Module (TCM). The performance is noticeably increased by raising the RPM at which the transmission shifts at keeping the engine in its optimal HP range for longer. Also through increased shift pressures we have improved transmission shift time & firmness therefore improving the performance and feel of the vehicle.
Want More Power?
More power can be achieved through the use of other performance parts such as a cold air intake (around 5-10kw) and a full exhaust system. We sell these items and more and also offer performance packages which provide discounts if you wish to purchase several items.
Dyno Tuning & Installation Service
If you require dyno tuning for increased performance or for a heavily modified vehicle we can provide this for an additional cost. Also we can offer installation of our off the shelf tunes for an additional fee if you are located within Sydney or the Central Coast. Please contact us at for more information.

A deposit of $650 must be made on top of the final price to ensure the safe return of the supplied programming device. Once this is returned the $650 will be refunded. You can choose to keep the programmer if you wish although the $650 will not be refunded.
When running these high performance tunes we recommend you try run a minimum of 95 Octane Premium Unleaded and where possible 98 Octane. Although it is safe to run standard 91 Octane unleaded if other alternatives are not available, it is advised that you should avoid heavy acceleration to protect your engine.

Our second hand or refurbished products are offered only with a one month warranty against defects or malfunction. Turbo Industries reserves the right to refuse a warranty replacement or refund if we have evidence to suggest you may have damaged the item.
