Payment must be made immediately after purchase.

In case of purchase you will receive an e-mail with all the instructions relating to the payment of the object. In case of non-payment from the 4th day we will open a procedure for ONP (non-paying bidder) and from the 7th we will close it with an unpaid item notification and put the product back on sale.

Pursuant to article 5 of Legislative Decree 185 of 1999, the customer has the possibility to withdraw from the contract / order stipulated on the Internet without any penalty and without the need to give any explanation, in compliance with the following conditions.

1. The cost of transport will not be refunded.
2. Return costs are charged to the customer.
3. The product, the packaging and the contents of the box must be returned as new, intact and unconditional.
4. The product must not be used incorrectly.
5. If the product is returned not respecting points 1,2,3 and 4, it will be partially refunded at our sole discretion based on the conditions of wear of the product, packaging and contents of the original box
