These pictures look fantastic on the wall and are brilliant wedding/birthday presents for that person that's really difficult to buy for as its something that they won't already have.

The print comes standard in the colours shown but if you'd like the flower/heart colours changing please contact me first.

 

Please can you let me know by sending an eBay message with the following to personalise this print for you: 


The surname of the family or the message you'd like where the family name is (ie Our Family, Our Amazing Family etc) If None specified Our Amazing Family will be sent.


The names to go in the hearts.

  

 If you would like them grouped into families then could you please send me the details as eg. Grandparents name,name, Family One name, name, name etc, Family Two name, name, name, name etc etc. I will then group these hearts together

If you do not send the list grouped then the hearts will be placed randomly on the tree unless you tell me otherwise. 

You can choose to have the  artwork printed on genuine Canvas. Although we don't provide frames, they can be easily purchased from department stores such as 'The Range' or Wilkos for sensible prices as you can see from the example below. We can provide the artwork in most common sizes, and we can re size it to suit if you already have a frame or if you want a custom size, just get in touch and we're happy to help.

We use a top-of-the-range HP DesignJet wide format printer to ensure prints are of the highest quality and will have the maximum longevity.
Although we try to get our colours to show as accurately as possible there may be a difference between what you see on the screen and the printed item.

These will be posted in a postal tube or hard back envelope so that they don't get bent in the post.
We aim to post within 1-2 working days of receiving your order, but please remember that all prints are produced to your specification which takes time to produce, and we also have to allow the print to dry before sending. If you require the print by a certain date then please email to let us know Estimated dates are provided by eBay not us so please DO NOT rely on them as they are very inaccurate. Please ensure that you send us the details for the print and keep an eye on your emails or eBay messages as if we need to get in touch to confirm anything this is how we will get in contact.

Please remember - The Frame is NOT included

If a mistake is made by us on a print we will replace it (we're only human!) HOWEVER if a mistake is made when you send us the order details then we will NOT replace the item free-of-charge. There will be a small charge for re-posting the item, but we cannot send out free replacements when mistakes are made or details are missed off. Please double check before sending you message.

Personalised and customised items are exempt from the 'Distance Selling Regulation' and are NOT returnable. Please ask any questions BEFORE purchasing if you are unsure as to what you are buying, or please ask for a proof before hand. We're always

All our designs are designed In House by ourselves, not by using templates. This makes ours different than a lot of others out there as ours are originals and individual. Ours are made with Love :-)


Information when purchasing frames to fit our prints:

All of our prints are supplied in standard paper sizes to make it easy for you to find frames for at local DIY stores, Home improvement and Frame Shops.

As our prints our supplied unframed you'll need to buy a frame for them. If you want the print to fill the frame then all you need to buy is a frame that is to suit the size you've bought. Most frames are sold as 'To suit image size' or 'To suit photo size' This is the measurement you need. So if you purchase an A4 print then you need a frame to suit an A4 image etc.
If you want to have a mount around the edge of the print (as shown in our examples) then you buy your frame based on the same. They are generally sold as, for example, 14x11 frame with a mount for A4 Image. The A4 part is the paper size which is the size you've chosen.
Overall Frame sizes vary, but the important part is the image size measurement as this is the part that fits the print and is always standard sizes.

POSTAGE TIMES 

Postal times depends on the postage option you choose at checkout. Items are printed & posted within 1-2 working days. Once dispatched - 2nd class is approx 2-5 working days, 1st class is approx 1-3 working days & special next day delivery guarantees delivery the following working day (pre 1pm)

This is a flat flexible piece of canvas that you need to place into your own frame like you would a photo. Frame is NOT included.
