Every pin is made of 24-carat gold plated brass and encased in a life extending metal protection for improved spring resistance durability (no more accidental melting of the plastic hub caused by prolonged exposure to soldering temperatures). The overall weight is 4.7 grams, 0.5 grams heavier than the original.
Collar bore is 8.38 8.42 mm
More features are:
1 the inner part is made of teflon
2 the signal runs through a pin that moves due to the presence of a spring with a high carbon content, and is guaranteed for 10,000 working cycles unlike poor quality connectors in which the conduction of the pin is entrusted to a simple spring.
3 each pin has a metal sleeve, so after many years it is possible to replace it without changing the entire conductor again.
4 the teflon part has a stop, which prevents movement of the parts over time
5 the assembly of the pins is done individually by high precision machines with an error of 0.005 mm
6 the pins are made of brass with double gold plating and have an enlarged upper part to allow a perfect centering with all shells on the market unlike poor quality products in which the signal runs through a spring.
7 every production process is carried out individually. Each connector is tested on several original SME tubes.
