SHIPPING & HANDLING

Postage: All orders are shipped via Australia Post. All items include free standard delivery within Australia. International shipping and Express shipping is available at an extra charge (to be calculated at check-out).

Handling: All orders are shipped within one business day in discreet packaging.

Extra information: eBay's delivery dates are not a guaranteed delivery date. Please do not rely on these dates. If you require your order by a specific date, please message us to confirm if it is possible.

RETURNS

Please ensure to read our full return policy prior to ordering.

All items returned to us must be in brand new condition, in original packaging. Each item is inspected upon receiving back and if there are any issues found, we will be unable to assist you. Return postage is the buyer's responsibility.

Faulty items: If your item arrives faulty, please don't worry! Simply send us a message with a few images and we will be able to assist in resolving your concern.

Exchange due to incorrect size: Please choose your size carefully by using the size charts provided. We do understand it can be difficult to purchase online, so if you happen to order the incorrect size, we are more than happy to exchange the garment for the correct size or another item of the same value.

Refunds: Please know that refunds are not available unless there is a manufacturers fault. If for any reason, there is a refund being processed for you by management, there is a restocking fee of 25% of your total order price. 

OTHER INFORMATION

Every lingerie and clothing boutique can differ in sizing so please ensure you order as per the size charts provided.

Sizing on tags: We use various manufacturers for our pieces, because of this, some of the pieces have numerical sizing and some have letter sizing. As our sizing is all standard Australian sizing, we list them under the numerical sizing, however please understand your item may arrive with the letter sizing on the tag instead. If you are ever unsure about sizing, please contact us.

Size Chart: As our size chart measurements were all measured by hand, please allow 1-2cm difference in case of error. All measurements on our size chart are stretched.

Colours: The colour of your garment may differ slightly due to individual screen settings on computers and mobile phones.

Washing instructions: Cold hand-wash only.
