The specifics of the auction are:

You give us a design of your choosing and we put it on a seat for you. Anything goes, any style, any picture its up to you and your imagination. We can do your company logo or your bike shops name or your bikes name. Here is what we you get in the seat.

Birdmans Custom Seats will use a steel seat pan that is  13" long and 9" wide at its widest.  Please dont take advantage of us after the auction and ask to use your own seat pan. If you want a quote for your pan then email us. The seat has four bolts. The back bolts are 6" apart and the front bolts are adjustable. You choose the foam for the seat, either closed cell foam at ½ inch thick or 1 inch thick.

Birdmans will use 3-6 oz natural veg. tanned leather hide for tooling your design.

The winner chooses color, lacing and most importantly what design is tooled into the seat. After the auction is completed the winner will provide Birdmans with a design of their own creation or idea for their seat and we will create the seat and send it too you.

Its a pretty simple auction. You create your own custom solo motorcycle seat. We can also create a Pillion Pad for your bike and tool bags if your interested.

Upon completion of the auction we will contact you via email with questions about your seat idea/design and create a proof for your approval. Upon approval of your proof the seat production will take between 15-25 WORKING days after purchase and design, depending on design, design time and color of the seat.  Some are quicker and some may take a few days longer depending on drying time of the dye.

As with every seat that I put on here I want everyone to know that I make these myself. All hand tooled and hand made. Nothing commercial. To me I do it like it should be done in the old biker tradition. There are some great seat makers out there and I have all the respect for their talents and creativity but we are doing this in our style and we believe our style stands out. No machine stamping or machine are work. Before buying another seat insure that it is hand tooled and hand dyed. Most are not. We draw a picture and hand carve it into the leather. Hand laced, hand tooled and hand wrapped our seats are hand made. We stand behind our seats and if you got any questions let me know. All seats are shipped in a cloth wrap  for protection and storage. Shipping is calculated by where you live. I charge what the USPS charges for flat rate small box shipping. We ship domestic and international.
