Large Victorian hand paper clip from Park Sherman Co.. The base measures 5 1/4 inches high, just under 2 inches across at the widest spot and has felt backing, the hand is 4 1/2 inches long. There is a hole in the base so it can be hung on the wall also. Very good condition, doesn't look to have been used much, clip spring nice and tight. Thank you and Enjoy!
