Please note straps are missing, but you could easily use some black ribbon and tie on the shoulders (there are loops inside for the straps to attach onto) or wear it strapless anyway.
Bust measures 34" and waist 31"(might fit 35-36" bust if you wear it tight). Max hip size is 44" due to the lining size.
The top has some boned channels for support and shape.
The skirt part has lots of panels and flares out like a skater skirt.
It might be best for some 12's rather than 14's?
