Up for immediate purchase is this lovely, vintage 1984, approximately 85 percent full, made in France, guaranteed authentic (Batch Number: YL4DC4; Y=1984 production year; L=July) Shalimar Parfum de Toilette (equates to an eau de parfum) glass refill spray (housed inside a sturdy gold-tone metal casing) in a 1.7-ounce (50ml) size by Guerlain. The buyer will receive the exact item pictured.

The glass bottle is in excellent condition with no issues. The gold-tone case has some minor scuffing associated with past use. The distributor’s labels on both the base of the glass bottle and metal case are fully intact and completely readable.

Originally launched in 1925, Shalimar is named after the garden in Kashmir, built by Indian Shah Jahan, in memory of his wife. Shalimar is one of the first fragrances to successfully incorporate large amounts of vanillin into its composition. The scent of Shalimar is densely constructed, with a cascade of many notes, including bergamot, tonka bean, real iris oil and vanilla. Shalimar is the flagship perfume of the House of Guerlain.
