What is your Refund / Return Policy?
Because we have 1000s of designs for sale, we are a print on demand Apparel Company. Every order is made brand new when the order is placed, so we do not carry mass inventory of one design. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges, as we will have to pay for the cost to create a new item for every return or exchange. We do replace and ship new items if the product is damaged or defective in anyway.
This does not include orders where the Size, Color, or Quantity is fulfilled correctly but the customer would like to change one of these variables. We take great care to provide Size Measurement and Shirt Color Images on the listing as well as detailed sizing information in the description. This way the customer can be certain that the shirt will fit before placing an order. Please carefully choose your size and color before placing your order and feel free to ask us for more images or examples. If you need more information, then we will happily assist you.
We understand that the online shopping experience can be difficult because the customer cannot try on the shirt or see the colors in person. Therefore, we appreciate your business and are happy to work with you. The replacement fee for us to print a new shirt is around $11.99 (this price includes shipping cost). This is a large discount from the original price. Alternatively, you may want to get store credit and choose a new Size, Color or Style of shirt altogether. If this is the case, then let us know and we will Credit your account for 50% of the original order. You can use this credit to order whatever you like from our store. Feel free to ask any questions to ensure that your second order will be satisfactory.
