Warranty:

14-day warranty from our eBay store!

Warranty does not cover physical damage to the phone of any kind and water damage!

Exchanges will gladly be honored if item is DOA (dead on arrival or not as described), buyer is responsible to send the item back before exchange will be made.20% restocking fee will be applied! Contact us right away in case of issue!

 

Returns:

Please, note - if you fix, alter, open, repair the device without our approval - we will not accept any return and will not refund any cost for repair or it will void the return! Item must be returned unused and in its original condition. Item will be inspected for completeness and condition upon receipt back before a replacement/refund can be issued.

Prior the return you have to make sure you remove all accounts, passwords and personal information off the device! Failure to adhere will delay the refund or even reject it!

Returns are subject for restocking fee! Please note that there is a 20% restocking fee charge for returned items. Please message us before requesting a return!

 

Domestic shipping policy:

1.Fast free shipping in USA via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days) - doesn’t include signature confirmation option! So if you need to have signature confirmation option – you need to contact us and pay extra $3!

2.We encourage you to buy insurance (Cost varies based on package value) Purchasing insurance may help you if there's a problem with your package! We are not responsible of lost and damaged packages!

3.Paid orders placed before 4:00 P.M. CST will be shipped same business day!

4.Please double check your shipping address! If the address is invalid and eBay shipping system doesn’t recognize it - we simply cancel the order. If you need to change the shipping address – please make a request via eBay messaging system and provide desired address!

 

International shipping policy:

1.Please do not ask us to ship the listing items overseas with USPS First Class or something similar – we simply don’t do it.  Because we can’t trace it and can’t be sure about the fast delivery and delivery whatsoever! If you ask us that please don’t expect our reply – we will just to ignore it!

2.Also don’t ask us to lie on custom forms about the value of the purchased item!

3.Our policy regarding international shipping will be USPS Priority Express, Global Express Guaranteed with insurance or the eBay Global Shipping Program.
