Canon F1N Body - with AE Motor Drive FN and High Power Ni-Cd Pack FN + 1984 Olympus 50/1.8 FD Lens

 

Up for sale is a great early 1980s Canon F1N outfit.  Included in this package is:

·        Canon F1 (F1N) body – black (matte finish)

·        Canon AE finder

·        AE Motor drive FN

·        an extra side mounting bracket

·        High power Ni-Cd Pack FN, with matching charger

·        Canon FD 50mm f1.4 lens, with 1984 olympic cap

 

The outfit is in fantastic condition, considering its age.  The body itself shows only minimal signs of wear, with only the slightest hint of brassing on the eded around the lugs.  The leatherette is in nice condition.  The shutter works at all speeds, and doesn’t have the usual characteristic ‘squeak’ that is so prevalent in vintage Canon FD gear.  The finder is in great shape, as is the mirror and focusing screen. 

 

The winder, and battery,are also in great condition.  They show hardly any signs of wear at all.  I was able to charge up the battery, and it powered the entire system for at least 50 shutter actuations.  The charger works just fine.  The 50mm f1.4 lens works, and the focusing is nice and smooth.  The aperture is nice and dry.  It comes with the front lens cap.
