Series of 1974 $1 FRN, green seal, portrait of Washington, signatures of Neff & Simon, FR.1908-F.

The sheet picked up some ink splatters over the first (or reverse) printing.  Serial number F64285642C, PP G2, FC 169, BC 1948.

A circulated note with folds, soiling & wear, and a possible rejection mark at the right of the obverse?  It’s a solid VF in my book, but please look at the scans, consider my comments, and decide for yourself.
