I have a full time job so I cannot always get to the computer to check my emails during the day. I always try and check when I get home from work & respond ASAP. The same goes with delivery; I post 2-3 times a week or more if needed. An email will be sent straight to you with the tracking number so you can keep an eye on your parcel. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Please note I do try to describe the items to the very best of my ability; all my items are Antique, Vintage or Second Hand, so therefore are not brand new! All items are sold AS IS, and all sales are final, so please ask all questions PRIOR to bidding. I will only refund if item is grossly misrepresented. The BUYER has to contact me within 2 days of receipt of the item with concerns. The Buyer has to return the item in the same condition I sent it in with all paperwork, packaging and MUST be posted the same way as sent, tracking and signature on delivery at Buyers cost.
SHIPPING & TIME FRAME: The item is due for payment within 2 days of auction close. As soon as payment is made item is generally shipped within 24 hours of receipt of funds. I generally post 2-3 times a week so that you will not have to wait too long for your goods. I use the Australia Post calculator to work out the costs and happy to bundle if you purchase more than one item. Just let me know via ebay email. All parcels are sent with a tracking number and signature on delivery to avoid disputes. Please remember that I am in Perth, Western Australia so delivery to the east coast will take a few extra days. Check the Australia Post tracking site to see where your parcel is before you email me. If it has been less than 7 business days please wait.
International buyers: Import charges, duties, taxes are not included in the price or in the postal charges. These charges are your responsibility. All international parcels will be sent as registered mail and the cost is normally between AU$25 to $60 dollars extra which is paid by the buyer. Post from Australia can be slow so please allow 2-4 weeks before you worry and start emailing me, also make sure you check the tracking first with the Australia Post web site.
