AGE VERIFICATION

It is against the law to sell e-cigarettes, e-liquids, accessories and vaping equipment to Under 18s. Age verification checks and due diligence are done to ensure we comply with the age restriction regulations set out by eBay as well as the UK government. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion where we believe or suspect the customer is purchasing products on behalf of a minor or is themselves under the age of 18.

Our Verification Team will carry out age verification checks on all orders before dispatch; we may also require you to prove your age upon delivery.

If we do not contact you in regards to age verification, it will be due to us finding sufficient evidence of your age online, your order will be sent immediately.

Identification Evidence:

If we are unable to verify your age using the above methods, we will require age identification evidence. The accepted forms of identifications are: Passport, Driver’s License, Student Card and Citizens Card (only to be used if age is shown).

Sensitive personal information will not be stored. We are happy to accept a photo of yourself next to your photo ID with your date of birth clearly stated as evidence.
