This attractive watercolour of a Lyme Regis street scene is by Alfred Hart, a watercolour artist and Architect.     He studied at the RA Schools and was awarded a Gold Medal, also at the Architects Association where he was awarded a Silver Medal.
He lived in Enfield, but retired to Lyme Regis in 1940.
He exhibited no fewer than 125 works at Walker's Gellery London, 23 at the RA and 13 at the RI.
It is in fine condition within an acid free mount and is signed at bottom right.    The location is stated on the reverse.
