Note that this card only works with certain Asus motherboard models, including Crosshair III Formula, Maximus II Formula, Maximus III Formula, Rampage Extreme, Rampage II Extreme motherboards. It will not work with motherboards from any other vendor. Please make sure your motherboard works with this card. 

This card is fully functional and has never been used. There could be small nicks on the metal cover, which will not affect its functionality. That's the only reason why it is listed as used.
