Up for sale is a lightly used Ovation 1861 Standard Balladeer, in very good condition.

The guitar was acquired from the original owner, who barely used the instrument (played in church a bit, but no gigging or anything else). As such, it sounds and plays like a dream, frets are in very good shape,  action is nice and low. The electronics work and sound top notch, with lots of punch and clarity.

The guitar looks stunning, with just some light dings and a small crack in the finish, which is displayed in the eighth photo.

Made in the USA, balladeers from this era (late 90s) are known to be made much better than the ones made overseas these days.

Includes both the guitar and the original hard case, which is in good shape and has a rather unusual light blue finish on the inside.
