30-Day Return Policy

Products may be returned for refund or replacement within 30 days of the purchase date. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is being returned due to our mistake. 

Prior to any return, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained by contacting us.

We will employ every resource to ensure that your return is processed promptly and without hassle. Please contact us for any product or service issues before escalating to eBay for a solution.

1-Year Warranty

Our store warrants this product and parts against defects in material for a period of (1) one year from the date of original purchase. 

Warranty does not cover service or replacements made necessary by any external cause including without limitation: rust, corrosion, lightning, fire, theft, acts of nature, negligence, misuse, abuse, alteration, installation, delivery, unauthorized repairs, power failure or shortage. 

During this period, we will repair or replace a defective product or part with a new or refurbished item. 

The buyer is responsible for all transportation and insurance charges for sending the product to our facility.

Shipping Policy

Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days after we receive cleared payment from PayPal. All orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped the following business day. 

Once we have shipped an order, a Delivery Confirmation Number will be sent to your registered PayPal e-mail address. Please check your Bulk/Spam mailbox if you do not receive it. 

If a package is returned by the shipping company due to an incorrect address, we will notify you promptly. Please check your e-mail regularly.
