We have been in the business of selling clock and watch related material for over 13 years now and we try our best to make sure there are no unwanted surprises on your end when you receive your items. However, occasionally things happen and we are here to assist you any way we can if and when they do. Our customer service center is available 7 days a week to answer any questions you may have about an item we have listed, questions about your purchase or in the event something goes wrong with your purchased product.

Due to eBay and PayPal's ever changing policies with buyer/seller protection, we are forced to sell everything AS-IS with no returns. Please keep in mind, our phone number is here for a reason. We are not in the business of misleading or being decietful to our clientel and we will do everything we can to disclose any defects known to us on these 40-200 year old items however, we cannot accept a return due to neglect or mishandeling a watch causing damage to it on the buyers end. The Buyer/Seller protection policies intend to do well however, they hurt the honest sellers by allowing the few dishonest buyers out there to get away with robbing parts, using high end watches to go to a wedding or etc, altering or outright causing damage to an item and then being able to return it without the seller having any say in the matter.
We are a reputable business maintaining honest and ethical practices so you have no worries in dealing with us. We take care of our customers just as if you walked into our store and purchased it directly like the old fashioned way. It's unfortunate that we must disclose all of this upfront but, there will always be people who work the system to get something for nothing and we will not tolerate that kind of business any longer.

Condition:
These parts look to be all take off and reclaimed parts except the screws
I don't know what the screws were for and I believe these were all machined by the watch maker possibly for a project they were working on

Please note when we do offer a 14-day return on our items they must meet the requirements as per eBay policy. Ebay and PayPal may have extended time frames to file a claim against defects however, we do not honor anything over a 14 day period unless otherwise stated. Our inventory consists mainly of used items anywhere from 1 year old to 180 years old and usually have some type of mechanical motor or machine driving it. We do our best to describe them accurately however, we cannot foresee the future and old parts can break at any time without warning, and without visible flaw. If you have a problem, please call Customer Service 586-255-4433 and we will always try to find a solution for you. Once an eBay claim is filed, our hands are tied and we must follow their guidelines.
About Us
We are a small clock and watch shop that is family owned and operated and we have been in business for over 15yrs. We believe in ethical business practices according to the NWACC sworn oath required for membership even though they do not enforce it. We pay special attention to trying to uphold and protect the hobby of collecting clocks and watches and we try to disclose anything that has been done to alter a particular timepiece. More importantly, we do not hack apart timepieces strictly to make profit and everything we sell as parts either comes to us this way or, it is too far gone for restoration.
Shipping
As per eBay/Paypal Policy we only ship to your registered address you on file. We will use the most convenient method since most of our listings offer free shipping. Many larger items are calculated using FedEx and require an actual address for delivery. P.O. Boxes require a different service at an additional cost to the buyer. International Buyers are responsible for all duties and taxes that may be accessed by your country's customs agency We ship via eBay Global Shipping Program. On items exceeding a final value of $750.00(item+shipping) a signature is required. Some items may go Express International via USPS office however, Jewelry and Watches MUST go Global Shipping or DHL which starts at approx. $75.00. Please consider this when placing an offer or making a bid.

When leaving feedback please take into consideration that we strive to provide you with the best possible customer service and offer as detailed of a description as we can. We NEVER mislead buyers or use shady descriptions to trick buyers into making a purchase with us. Our shipping is done in house where we use the utmost care in packaging your item(s) so they arrive to you unharmed. We also are not in the practice of making money on postage and try to keep the pricing as close to actual as we can however, the shipping calculator eBay uses is not our own and we have noticed the quoted prices vs. actual can vary. We charge a small fee for handling which goes towards the purchase of bubble wrap.
