SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping: - Delivery will generally take 2-3 weeks worldwide after shipping. In rare case it may take 4 weeks depending upon the destination and customs policy of your country. All packages has dully filled customs declaration forms in order to avoid any delay due to customs. 

Every piece of jewellery and inputs (gem stones, diamonds, making and setting) is tested by our team of experts and experienced artisans to generate maximum satisfaction to our valued customers. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal. All information about the material used in jewellery, except for typographical errors, is absolutely true. We will ship the merchandise only after completing the Quality Check.. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, then simply contact us by email immediately after receiving the product, and we will refund the purchase amount. Return shipping will not be borne by us. We retain the right to refuse any refund if we feel the return policy is being abused. Before returning the goods, please contact for the right documents to be required for submitted with return cargo. In want of adequate and right documents, if any penalty is imposed by Indian customs, that would be deducted from the refund amount.
