1.After you purchase, send us your graphics or your instruction to our email
2. We will send you a Proof if we make the graphic design.
Each revision will require at most 24 hours for a reply so please be as specific as possible.
Your banner will be out the door from 1 to 2 business days. (M-F, non-holidays)

Artwork
- Recommended formats: .ai, .pdf, .eps, high resolution. jpg files designed full size saved at least 72 dpi.
- Artwork supplied should be CMYK at full size
- Not recommended: Images pulled off the Internet (generally low quality), .pub, .cdr, low resolution .jpg, .png files.

Shipping
- Dispatch on Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) within 1-2 working day after proof confirmation
- It will be delivered by standard 2nd royal mail or 1st royal mail
