All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail standard delivery, we dispatch items MONDAY to FRIDAY within 24hrs of payments being received. 

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email. 

Please note UK delivery in normally 2 to 3 working days, however delivery can vary during transit which is out of our control. Please wait 5 working days from the date of purchase before you need to contact us.

We Accept Payments using all major bank credit and debit cards.

For all returns queries, please message us via eBay Messaging System 

1. If you no longer want the product you purchased, kindly send us a message from the eBay messaging system. Please note the product has to be in its original condition as received and unopened. For security and health and safety reasons we will not be able to accept returns of products that have been used. 

2. If the item is faulty, we will give you an option to choose for a full refund or replacement item to be sent. 

3. Please Note that we offer Prepaid Return Labels incase of returns. Buyers Need to share receipt with us once they post it. 

4. We will only refund or replace item that is returned back to us.
