As announced, to reduce unpaid items eligible fixed price and auction-style listings purchased with Buy It Now will remain for sale unless the buyer pays right away. That means buyers must first add items to their eBay Shopping Cart to purchase multiple items with a single payment.

 

We will combine shipping BY REQUEST ONLY. If you order more than one item and pay for them separately, they will be shipped in separate packages. If you want combined shipping, REQUEST A COMBINED INVOICE BEFORE PAYING.

 

Be aware of the shipping service used for the item you are purchasing. If it states STANDARD SHIPPING (i.e. First Class Mail), OR ECONOMY SHIPPING (i.e. PARCEL SELECT), that means we are using a less expensive and SLOWER shipping service. We do this to save you money on shipping larger, heavier items. If you would like us to use a faster, more expensive shipping service, please send us a request BEFORE YOU PAY. You will be sent an invoice with the new total. If you place an order, then pay for it, the shipping service cannot be changed.  Also, be aware that the "On or Before" date in the shipping details is only an ESTIMATE. Delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods.

 

Occasionally, the U.S. Postal Service and UPS will misplace a package, or place a package on the wrong truck causing a delay in arrival time. Please understand that the actions of the shipping carrier are out of our control.

 

Returns

 

If you receive an item that is damaged/broken, or incorrect (doesn't match description, model number), you may return the item for a full refund at no cost to you. Please contact us to arrange the return. Batteries must be returned SEALED IN THE ORIGINAL FACTORY PACKAGING to qualify for a refund. If you order an item, then change your mind upon receipt, you will be responsible for paying return shipping. We are not responsible for “buyer’s remorse.”

 

Any attempt at “feedback extortion” will be reported to eBay immediately. It is against eBay policy to “threaten to leave a seller negative Feedback if that seller won't do something that wasn't promised in the original listing.” Please read eBay’s Rules for Buyers for more information.
