An impressionist watercolor on art board by German artist Ferdinand Hopner, 1882-1967.  The painting is circa 1925, (in a later frame.)  It is signed in the lower right corner F. Hopner,  Hamburg.  This is a small work, measuring 10" high by 13 1/4" wide.  The modern frame compliments the painting quite nicely. Guaranteed to be as described.
