Tootsie's Cakes & Toppers is registered with the local authority for food preparation and complies with all regulations for food safety.


All the toppers are made to order and personalised just for you. So I'm afraid I DON'T ACCEPT RETURNS unless the item arrives faulty or a mistake has been made by myself, then a refund or replacement is, of course, sent out to you free of charge. I post all items the same day if possible and retain proof of posting, so I can not be held responsible for Royal Mail delivery times. If you don't agree with these terms then please don't buy from me.


At Tootsies Cakes & Toppers I love to help you celebrate those special occasions with your own unique Cake Toppers. There are certain times during the year such as Birthdays, Christmas,  Valentines, Father's Day and Mother's Day when you get the chance to show your loved ones how much they mean to you. My range of personalised Toppers are both unique and individual to help you celebrate these events, so if you want to tell your Mum she's a super Mum then we can help you make sure she has the best-personalised cake topper.


The stand-up toppers are printed on 0.6mm thick wafer/rice paper using high-grade edible ink. 

You get 24 x 2.5" (approx) high Characters. 

No need to cut as they are already precut, just pop them into some buttercream.  

If there is a character you want and isn't shown please just contact me and I can print them.

Most images can be printed, so if you have something special in mind please contact me before you buy and I will do my best to provide it for you.

The toppers are sent out in a plastic bag and hard backed envelope. They have a shelf life of at least 12 months.

High-quality wafer will work with dry or wet surfaces, even ice cream.

Great for use on buttercream.

Store flat in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Preferably in the bag, they were supplied.


Wafer / Rice card is slightly transparent and images printed on rice card are not as bright and vivid when printed,but once placed onto your icing or chosen topping the colours do become more vibrant. If you are expecting digital quality print and colour then you will be dissapointed. DO NOT buy them if this is what you are expecting.

The dates provided by eBay are estimated, but not guaranteed by Royal Mail. eBay display a 'best case" delivery headline to encourage you to order but put the full facts in the small print. I advise not ordering if you are dependant upon the "best case" example eBay are showing as it is not achieved by Royal Mail every time. Delivery upgrades are available at check out.
