Shipping
costs are determined by the size of the box and the weight. Ebay
calculates the fee based on USPS rates. All items are well packaged in
sturdy new correlated boxes, with foam, air, or paper packets.. a useful
storage box and excellent padding for your home goods. Priority Mail
Only. Any excess shipping / insurance fees will be refunded.
All
items are insured by a small handling fee based on the value of the
item. Insurance is required.
I
will only ship items to locations that are recognized by the USPS and
are insurable. Some locations such as regions in Mexico do not qualify. I
will cancel any order where USPS does not recognize the address, or the
package cannot be insured.
Insurance
claim procedure : The postman should note any damage to the shipping
container. If it is damaged and the postman is present, demand
documentation and a report. If the package is delivered while buyer is
away, notify post office and get a report. Do not open the item. Notify
me and I will start the claim process. You will get a refund a lot
faster if I file the claim as it can take 30 days for a claim to
process. I can refund you within days.
Returns
- The
item you are bidding, or purchasing is fully insured through a small handling
charge. The item is fully refundable within 14 days of delivery. The item must be returned as
close to the same condition as when the item was received.
- If I the seller, make a
mistake, I pay for all the shipping fees for labels to return or replace
the item.
- If buyer makes a mistake or
wishes to return item, the buyer covers all shipping costs.
Please take care to inspect item
before opening to ensure the item is the desired product, and open with care.
If there is any damage to the shipping box, please inform me before opening
containers. Failure to do so will jeopardize insurance coverage at buyers'
risk.
