- Shipments occur Monday - Saturday within 24 hours of payment received from a confirmed Paypal address. Purchases made on a weekend or holiday will ship out on the next business day

. - Shipping for International Buyers: The price of international determined by the weight, box size, and location of where the item needs to be sent. RETURN POLICY & TERMS OF SERVICE


Restocking Fee: A standard 20% restocking fee will apply to ALL returns and exchanges.

Any return NOT sent through E-bay will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Any return NOT sent back in NEW or ORIGINAL condition will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.

RETURNS:

To return an item for a refund or replacement:

1.    Find the item in My eBay under Purchase History and select Return this item from the More actions drop-down menu.

 

2.    Provide photos of the item to verify the condition of the item you bought and received. Upload photo’s of the box, the soles of the shoes and the tags at minimum.

 

3.    Pack the item carefully in a SOLID BOX. Include the packing slip, apply the shipping label, and send the item back to the seller. You must return the item within 5 business days of requesting the return.

 

4.    DO NOT under any condition mark, sticker, or augment the item package or casing in ANYWAY. Cover the item then apply any markings or stickers.

 

5.    If an eBay-generated shipping label is used, you can track the status of the returned item in the Purchase history section of My eBay. Find the returned item and click View return details from the More actions drop-down menu.

 

6.    As long as items are return in un-used/ original condition. The seller will refund you within 6 business days of receiving the returned item. If you're requesting a replacement item, the seller ships it to you within 5 business days of the date you request a return.

 

7.    Any VIOLATION OF THESE RULES WILL RESULT in anywhere between 30% to 80% restocking fees.

Due to a flood of scams with address changes we will under NO circumstance change addresses for the buyer.

If you want or need an address please correct your address before buying.

If you already bought an item; cancel and re-buy the item with the correct address.

Additional charges WILL be applied for redirecting or having to reacquire the item after shipping.

If charges are not paid we will HOLD the item until paid.

Your NEW item will NOT be SHIPPED until the OLD item is reacquired.

Q) But why are your prices so low?
A) We are trying to get rid of stock. We make ZERO money off you. If our low prices scare you there are many other sellers.

Q) But I had a pair of "BRAND HERE" before how come these don't fit the same?
A) Not all shoes from the same brand run the same. Brand have slightly different fits across shoes and style.

Q) How do I know they are real?
A) You DON'T otherwise you wouldn't be asking. If you knew how to spot fake you would never need to ask. Just because you owned one before does not make you an expert. If you so unsure about the authenticity of items just go buy retail. Please do not waste our time with claims of fakes based on feelings. 


Q) Can I get a better price?
A) Usually, we are the lowest price on everything if we are NOT we will match it. Otherwise, We are the best price. We will not accept trades.

Q) I wore the item out once can i return it?
A) No, all items are nonrefundable or returnable after first use.

Q) I threw away the box can I just return the shoes?
A) No, items that are not in the original condition or packaging are nonrefundable or returnable.

Q) But they don't look or feel like the quality I think the brand should be.
A) Take it to an authentication website. Get us the certification. If it's fake we will pay for the cost of certification, shipping and the shoe. 

Q) But they don't look like the once I saw in the store.
A) Lot of people make the mistake of looking at the Men's version and comparing it to the kid's or women's version. There usually are  small differences. For Example, Kid's and Men's Jordan will have slightly different looks and will use slightly different materials.
