- Intel Xeon W3690(X5690) Hex / 6-Core 3.46GHz CPU Processor

- 32 GB RAM (4 DIMMs x 8 GB @ 1333 Mhz) 

- 2009 Mac Pro 4,1 to 5,1 firmware upgrade and instructions.

Thermal Interface material used for the CPU installation is Arctic Silver AS5. North Bridge rivets are inspected, replaced if needed, thermal paste replaced with Arctic Silver AS5 as well to ensure stable operations for prolonged periods of time.
