GekkoScience built the Terminus R808 Miner to run at 66 GH/s stock using only a small 5A power source (not included, check out our eBay store for options).

It functions though a modified cgminer, which gives you command-line frequency control to adjust the hash rate.

The Terminus has an on-board micro-controller that handles fan speed automatically, detects "ZOMBIE" condition and resets the chips when needed, and will automatically shut down the miner at 80C, to restart again once the temperature is below 70C.

This unique mid level miner is good for anyone interested in a set and forget system, or for anyone wanting to “get into mining” without spending a lot of money or burning a lot of power. It’s designed as a flexible yet affordable tool to learn a lot about bitcoin mining and its hardware.  While its small and doesn't offer the same hashing power as the big pod systems, like all GekkoScience miners, the Terminus R808 is the an extremely power efficient Bitcoin miner.
