We only accept PayPal on eBay, this means you can rest assured your order will be with you ASAP after your purchase. For your security we only despatch your order to the address you provide us via PayPal.

We dispatch orders twice a day with Royal Mail, and offer a variety of services. We mark most items as "Fast & Free" for delivery, however once the item as left us, Royal Mail can take up to 10 working days to deliver in exceptional circumstances. We cannot issue a replacement for any item prior to this time period elapsing. If you need your item faster than this, please consider one of the faster delivery options available.

We offer a 60 day returns policy on most items. Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept items back if the hygiene seal is still intact. If a hygiene seal is broken we cannot accept a return. If an item is faulty or you would consider it "not as described", please contact us.
