How to check your VIN plate

The Vehicle Identification Plate (VIN) plate should be found at the left hand side of the luggage compartment load platform under the protective carpet.

Postage  

We aim to dispatch items within 24 hours of payment by Standard First Class Royal Mail post. Unavoidable delays such as weekends and UK bank holidays should be taken into account when calculating expected delivery times.

UK Postage

Track and Trace, Registered or Recorded delivery is optional and must be selected at the time of purchase. Please do not select Standard post and expect or request tracking information. The Royal Mail charge extra for such services, therefore it should come as no surprise that this is reflected in our postage rates.

International Postage

All international postage will be via standard First Class Royal Mail Air Mail as default. Proof of postage will be retained in all cases. The default does not include any form of tracking. The Royal Mail "5 day international signed for" postage option is available at extra cost. .

Delivery times (UK and International)

All of our postage is via The Royal Mail. Therefore, all expected delivery timescales will be set as stated by the Royal Mail and not by eBay being merely the sales medium and not the delivery provider.  We will do all we can to help, but once an item has been dispatched Toniston has no further control or influence over delivery times.

  
       
       
What will I receive?
