This is an insanely rare edition of Phoenix - Cei ce ne-au dat nume. When the members of the band fleed communist Romania, they became forbidden for the Romanian audience. The records were pulled away from the market and from further production, even though the demand was really high. Even so, an Electrecord employee managed to print severel tens of copies of each Phoenix album and sold or given them as a lot to some high ranks of the communist regime but also to some friends or friends of friends. They come in generic covers and 3 kinds of labels, as I discovered so far: one is completely black, as the one of this actual copy i'm selling; another kind of label I managed to find is white with the title Phoenix written in pen (probably by the owner); other kinds of labels were taken from folk releases and glued onto the Phoenix records.
