All our healing crystals are carefully hand selected and are placed in a protective envelope. They are then gently placed in a padded envelope where they remain protected. All orders are cleaned in Devon rain water with Native American White Sage (available in our shop) and then charged in natural seaside wind and sun - we all get excited and impatient waiting for new healing crystals so we try to cut the time down by dispatching in 24 hours (during working days). All of our orders are dispatch by 2pm on a working day. Orders made after 2pm on a friday (all day Saturday and Sunday) are dispatched on a Monday

STANDARD orders over 2kg will be sent with a tracker courier which is tracked Please allow an extra day handling.
Our Express service uses Royal Mail 24 shipping which has delivery confirmation tracking - Your tracking number is automatically updated when disptched
We also offer next day Royal Mail Guarenteed Delivery at a higher price. The price reflects the time needed to drop off the items during the work day.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 60 days. Buyer pays postage or add to original packing + return to sender and our address.
